How Can I Place an Order?

To shop with Qoravero, follow these steps:

Select your preferred product, choose any available options, and add it to your cart.
Open your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your name, email address, and shipping details.
Apply any valid discount code and select an available payment method.
Review your order and shipping address, then complete your purchase.

After your order is successfully submitted, an order confirmation email will be sent with your order details. If you need assistance, email service@qoravero.com.

What Should I Do If My Order Contains Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items?

Please contact service@qoravero.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the items received where applicable. After reviewing the information, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Will I Receive an Order Confirmation?

Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after you complete your purchase. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Still cannot find it? Contact service@qoravero.com for assistance.

Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?

If you need to update your order information, contact service@qoravero.com as soon as possible. Order changes can only be requested before the order enters the processing stage. Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.

How Do I Manage Items in My Shopping Cart?

Before checkout, you can add products to your cart, review your selected items, adjust quantities, or remove products you no longer wish to purchase. Check your selections before continuing to checkout.

Can I Cancel My Order?
